The Role
As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will:
Assess, plan, and deliver targeted speech and language interventions
Support students with communication needs, including those with ASD and complex needs
Work collaboratively with SENCOs, teachers, and support staff
Contribute to and implement EHCP targets and therapy plans
Provide guidance and strategies to school staff and families
What We're Looking For
Qualified Speech and Language Therapist (HCPC registered or working towards)
Experience working with children or young people with speech, language, and communication needs
Strong understanding of communication strategies and interventions
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
School-based experience is desirable but not essential
