Junior Business Development Manager. Long Eaton, Nottingham NG10.

Your background as Junior Business Development Manager:

* Ideally you will be a clear, confident communicator and have some exposure to customer service, account management, B2B sales or similar. Alternatively, you could be interested in pursuing a career within a customer facing role.

* You don’t need to be an engineer for this role – you will work with a technical product, but full training will be provided. You will also have technical support from the business (Specialists).

* You will be dealing with Healthcare / Medical customers, so any background in Medical / Healthcare / Pharmaceuticals / Scientific industry would be useful.

* Based local to Nottingham and have a full UK driving license & Passport.

* Confident communicator, self-motivated and able to manage a busy, travel-heavy schedule. Resilient, adaptable and able to work effectively in fast-paced, target-driven environments. Demonstrates integrity, professionalism and alignment with Company Values.

Junior Business Development Manager Jobs responsibilities:

* This will be a very proactive and outbound role, with the emphasis on visiting customers across the UK and Europe. Travel can be planned in your own way, but you must be prepared for international travel as part of the role.

* Technical product, complex sales cycle, so consultative and a longer sales process. Any exposure to bids, tenders or technical sales would be useful.

* Dealing with multinational, well-known brands within the Healthcare sector – you will require excellent communication skills, professionalism and ability to build relationships.

* Early-stage customer development, open new relationships and bringing in new business. You will be given a hand full of accounts to start with, so you won’t have to start from scratch. (You will be setup for success).
