The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Hales Group are recruiting for a Training & Compliance Coordinator to join a well‑established manufacturing organisation. This is an excellent opportunity to support a forward‑thinking business with a strong focus on operational excellence, colleague development and continuous improvement.
As Training & Compliance Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring training activities are well‑organised, accurately recorded and fully compliant with internal policies and external standards. Working closely with managers and trainers, you will help ensure colleagues have access to the training they need to work safely, efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date training records for colleagues.
Add and update details for new starters, leavers and internal transfers within the training database.
Perform regular database maintenance to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Coordinate and administer site‑wide and company‑wide training programmes, including scheduling, tracking and completion monitoring.
Manage online learning systems and external/internal training platforms.
Retrieve and record safety certificates to support compliance and audit readiness.
Support onboarding by assigning mandatory and compliance training modules.
Run monthly meetings with Heads of Department and trainers to review training progress and records.
Work with department trainers to ensure training manuals, records and skills matrices remain current.
Research external training providers when specialist requirements arise.
Use MS Excel and Access to support reporting, data management and system administration. Essential Skills & Experience:
Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
Experience working with databases, training systems or learning platforms.
Confident communicating with colleagues at all levels across multiple departments.
Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Comfortable working with data, reporting and compliance documentation.
