We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Scheduling Coordinator to join a fun and friendly growing team due to a large project. In this role, you will be responsible for arranging and managing appointments for a busy team of surveyors, ensuring efficient use of their time and delivering an excellent experience for clients. This is a key operational role requiring strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Key Responsibilities of the Scheduling Coordinator
* Schedule and coordinate appointments for surveyors, considering travel time and appointment duration.
* Maintain well‑structured calendars and optimise daily routes.
* Communicate with clients and surveyors to confirm appointments and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and provide clear, professional communication.
* Adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes or unexpected situations.
* Produce reports on appointment volumes, cancellations, and no-shows.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
Skills and experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organisational ability with high attention to detail.
* Able to manage multiple tasks independently.
* Confident using scheduling systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience in scheduling, coordinating, or administrative roles (preferred).
