CCL Global are currently recruiting for a Cyber Transformation Lead to support a major critical national infrastructure programme within a highly secure environment. This role will play a key part in driving cyber security strategy, governance, and organisational maturity.
Type of Contract: Contract (Outside IR35)
Location: Cheshire, WA3 6GR (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
Contract Length: 12 months
Key Duties Will Include:
* Act as a senior cyber advisor, aligning security initiatives with organisational strategy
* Lead and coordinate resolution of complex or high-profile cyber security challenges
* Develop, implement, and embed cyber security policies, standards, and procedures
* Provide oversight of cyber programmes, including reporting, governance, and risk tracking (RAG status)
* Engage with stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment and drive improvements
* Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats, risks, and industry trends
* Support leadership with briefings and strategic cyber insight
* Contribute to cyber awareness, culture, and training initiatives
* Support incident readiness and assurance activities at a senior level
Requirements:
* Strong experience in cyber security strategy, transformation, or governance roles
* Proven ability to operate at senior stakeholder level within complex organisations
* Experience developing cyber policies, standards, and frameworks
* Understanding of cyber risk, assurance, and regulatory environments
* Ability to oversee programmes and align cyber initiatives to business objectives
Desirable:
* Experience within government, defence, or critical infrastructure environments
* Experience supporting large-scale transformation or regulatory program
£80.00 - £85.00 per hour
