Your role will include:
Providing day-to-day classroom cover across KS3, KS4 and KS5
Delivering pre-planned lessons and supporting pupil progress
Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Offering feedback to permanent staff when requiredWe're looking for:
QTS with recent UK secondary classroom experience
Confidence adapting quickly to new schools and year groups
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
A commitment to safeguarding and positive student outcomes
