We are expanding our team and seeking a driven, commercially minded Recruitment Business Partner to manage full‑cycle recruitment, develop client relationships, and deliver high‑quality talent solutions across UK and global markets.

Key Responsibilities of the Recruitment Business Partner:
* Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and managing candidates through to placement.
* Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email outreach, research, and networking.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on hiring needs, market conditions, and talent strategy.
* Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and headhunting techniques.
* Prepare and post job adverts across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and market appeal.
* Conduct initial candidate interviews, assessing suitability, motivations, and technical skills.
* Consult with hiring managers on shortlists, interview feedback, offers, and compensation discussions.
* Maintain accurate records and update internal CRM systems with candidate and client activity.
* Meet weekly and monthly performance targets, including submissions, interviews, and placements.
* Provide exceptional communication to candidates and clients, ensuring a professional and positive experience.

Experience & Qualifications
* Proven B2B sales experience and working to targets
* Previous recruitment experience preferred but not essential.
