Are you an experienced Legal Secretary, Legal PA or Litigation Secretary looking to join a respected national law firm?
We are recruiting for a Litigation Legal Secretary to support a busy and successful litigation team from either the Spalding or Nottingham office.
You will provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to Partners, Solicitors and Fee Earners, helping the department manage cases efficiently and deliver an excellent service to clients.
This is a varied role offering responsibility, professional development and the opportunity to work alongside experienced legal specialists.
The Role

Provide secretarial support to Partners, Solicitors and Fee Earners
*
Prepare legal correspondence, court documents and statements
*
Produce documents through digital dictation and audio typing
*
Manage electronic client files and matter records
*
Open, maintain, close and archive files
*
Prepare client care letters and standard documentation
*
Upload court documents using CE-File
*
Obtain title documents through HM Land Registry
*
Prepare bundles, Settlement Agreements and Statements
*
Manage diaries, meetings, appointments and travel
*
Assist with billing, time recording and administration
*
Communicate professionally with clients
*
Maintain confidentiality and compliance standards
The Candidate
*
Previous Legal Secretary, Legal PA or secretarial experience
*
Litigation or dispute resolution experience preferred
*
Strong digital dictation and audio typing skills
*
Excellent Microsoft Word and document-formatting ability
*
Accurate spelling, punctuation and attention to detail
*
Strong organisational and workload-management skills
*
Professional written and verbal communication
*
Comfortable working to deadlines
*
Proactive and team-focused approach
Experience using legal case management systems would be beneficial. Knowledge of CE-File, iManage, Elite 3E, DocuSign, BundleDocs or PDFDocs would also be advantageous but is not essential.
