The Role

Working within a two-form entry structure, the successful candidate will benefit from close collaboration with the parallel Year 5 teacher and the wider Key Stage 2 team.

The school is looking for a teacher who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Has experience teaching Key Stage 2, ideally Year 5
Demonstrates strong classroom management
Is confident delivering pre-planned lessons
Brings a positive and enthusiastic approach to the classroomThis role would suit an experienced teacher or a confident ECT looking to gain valuable classroom experience without the responsibility of planning.
