Mechanical Construction Manager required for an ongoing contract role on a major industrial project in the Oxford area.
This is a site-based role overseeing M&E subcontractors delivering deconstruction and enabling works through to completion.
Key Duties
* Managing M&E subcontractors on site
* Overseeing deconstruction and enabling works
* Managing health & safety across site operations
* Coordinating works in line with programme deadlines
* Working closely with the Principal Contractor and other trades
* Supporting testing and commissioning activities
* Ensuring quality delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Mechanical Construction / Site Manager
* Strong industrial project background
* M&E experience essential
* Strong health & safety knowledge
* SMSTS required
* Relevant mechanical certs / quals required
