On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading UK manufacturer and supplier of portable presentation and display solutions, where you'll play a key role in supporting customers, processing orders, and helping drive service excellence.
Work for a well-established international business and one of the largest manufacturing and distribution groups in the display services market. They are now looking for a proactive Customer Service Assistant to support customer relationships and ensure a high standard of service across every stage of the customer journey.
The day to day of this role includes processing customer orders, managing quotes, providing product information, handling complaints and returns, progressing orders through the system, and ensuring customers are kept informed throughout the process. You will also identify upselling opportunities and work closely with internal teams to maintain service standards and meet KPIs.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, customer service or sales support experience, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
