I am currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Driver / Warehouse Operative to join my client team based in Baldock.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse, driving, or manufacturing experience who is looking for a permanent role with long-term career prospects.

Key Responsibilities

Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently.
Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders.
Delivering and collecting goods as required.
Stock control and maintaining an organised warehouse.
Operating a counterbalance forklift safely.
Using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment where required.
Assisting with general warehouse and production duties.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy working environment.
Following all company health and safety procedures.

Requirements

Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential).
Full UK driving licence with a good driving record.
Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
Confident using basic hand tools and measuring equipment.
Good attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
