The Role:
As an English Teacher with Aspire People, your key responsibilities will include:
Delivering engaging and effective English lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 pupils (with the potential for Key Stage 5).
Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons that meet curriculum objectives.
Assessing and tracking student progress, providing constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
Fostering a positive learning environment that encourages a love of literature and language.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) recognised in the UK.
Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) is essential.
