The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

TEC Partners are supporting a leading medical device manufacturing organisation in the search for an experienced Health & Safety professional to join the business on an initial contract basis.
This is a national role requiring regular travel across sites in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and Ireland. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the Health & Safety function and will act as the sole H&S lead within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the company's Health & Safety function across multiple manufacturing sites
Develop, review, and implement H&S policies and procedures
Conduct and review risk assessments and ensure compliance across all locations
Deliver, coordinate, and review Health & Safety training programmes
Support audits, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure the business remains compliant with all relevant legislation and best practice standards
Work closely with operational teams to drive a strong H&S culture throughout the organisationRequirements
Proven background within medical device manufacturing is essential
Previous experience operating as a standalone or lead Health & Safety professional
Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and compliance within a regulated manufacturing environment
Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple sites
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
