* Contact prospective customers by phone, email and digital channels.
* Qualify leads and book meetings for senior sales colleagues.
* Follow up enquiries and maintain accurate CRM records.
* Understand customer needs and present relevant solutions.
* Support pipeline management, reporting and sales activity tracking.
* Work towards individual and team sales targets.
