Pay Rate: From £13.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a CNC Operative on behalf of our client based in Wolverhampton.
The successful candidate will have previous experience operating CNC lathes and milling machines and be confident working within a busy production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating CNC lathes and milling machines in accordance with production requirements.
Producing components to the required specifications and quality standards.
Carrying out routine quality checks and reporting any defects or issues.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Adhering to all company health and safety procedures.
Working effectively as part of a team to achieve production targets and deadlines.
Candidate Requirements:
A minimum of 12 months' experience operating CNC lathes and milling machines.
Previous CNC setting experience is advantageous but not essential.
Good understanding of health and safety practices within a manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a positive attitude towards work.
