Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organised Labels & Shipping Administrator to support the production and logistics team. You will coordinate distribution requests, prepare shipping documentation and labels, monitor deliveries, and liaise with suppliers, couriers and clients to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce shipping labels and customs documentation. Arrange collection and delivery bookings
* Monitor shipments and update POD information. Identify and manage urgent or high-priority orders
* Resolve and escalate delivery issues and queries. Ensure shipments are correctly priced and invoiced
* Maintain accurate records and follow agreed processes. Liaise professionally with clients, suppliers and internal teams
* Provide general administrative and logistics support as required
Skills & Experience
* Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet tight deadlines
* Experience dealing directly with clients or customers. Understanding of courier services and shipping processes
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and use initiative
* Positive, professional “can-do” attitude. Experience in administration, logistics or customer service is desirable
