Aspire People are currently recruiting Primary Supply Teachers to support a wide range of schools on a daily supply basis. This role is perfect for teachers looking for complete flexibility, whether that's working a few days a week or full-time without long-term commitment.
**The Role:**
* Delivering pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
* Managing classroom behaviour effectively
* Adapting quickly to different school environments
* Ensuring a positive and productive learning atmosphere
* Providing feedback to the school at the end of each day
**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) - essential
* Open to working across different year groups
* Confident classroom practitioner with strong behaviour management
* Flexible, reliable, and adaptable
* Suitable for both ECTs and experienced teachers
