The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
A hands on operations and maintenance role within a multidisciplinary team, responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient running of an onshore oil and gas facility. You’ll carry out both planned and reactive maintenance across key systems including process control, safety, fire & gas, and instrumentation, while supporting plant reliability and maximising production. The role also involves working with CMMS systems, managing permits, contributing to continuous improvement, and supporting projects alongside vendors and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to safely operate and maintain an onshore oilfield, maximising plant availability and performance.
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance in line with company standards and procedures.
Maintain and fault-find on systems including:
Safety, Fire & Gas, and Gas Detection systems
Flow measurement and process control (pressure, temperature, level)
DCS, hydraulic and pneumatic control systems
Develop, review, and improve operational and maintenance procedures.
Manage and complete maintenance work orders via CMMS, raising new requests to address equipment failures.
Raise and manage permits to ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently.
Support projects and liaise with vendors and subcontractors as required.
Adhere to change management processes, including plant modification proposals.
Promote a strong safety culture by reporting observations and ensuring compliance with HSE standards.
Participate in shift meetings and contribute to effective team communication.
Support environmental and waste management initiatives.Experience & Qualifications
Time-served apprenticeship or HNC (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline.
Experience within oil & gas or a similar process/industrial environment preferred.
Knowledge of ATEX equipment (CompEx) desirable but not essential.Benefits
