Customer Service Representative

£27,000 to £30,000 + Profit Share Bonus + Training + Progression

Northampton, commutable from Wellingborough, Kettering, Milton Keynes, Rugby

Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat
Providing quotes and resolving queries
Managing orders and monitoring backorders
Supporting key accounts and internal teams
