We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrator to join a busy school environment, providing reception and general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing a professional and welcoming reception service.
* Answering telephone calls and dealing with general enquiries.
* Supporting the school office with day-to-day administration.
* Using Microsoft Word and Excel to maintain records and documents.
* Filing, scanning, photocopying and other general office duties.
* Welcoming visitors and maintaining reception procedures.
* Handling information professionally and maintaining confidentiality.
About You
* Previous administration or reception experience preferred.
* Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Well organised with good attention to detail.
* Professional and confident when dealing with people.
* Reliable, approachable and able to work in a busy environment.
* School experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
