A well-established main contractor with an annual turnover of circa £100M, specialising in industrial and commercial new build and refurbishment projects, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced QS to work on a varied portfolio of projects, taking responsibility for the commercial management of schemes from pre-construction through to final account. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative environment, with clear opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage cost planning, budgets, valuations, and commercial reporting

Administer contracts and manage procurement processes
*
Monitor project costs, identify risks, and ensure value for money
*
Collaborate with project teams to deliver successful commercial outcomes
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on industrial or commercial projects
*
Strong numerical and analytical skills
*
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
*
Proactive, organised, and capable of working independently
