Responsibilities:
* evelop and maintain fully resourced project programmes, ensuring alignment with project requirements, contractual obligations, and delivery expectations.
* Produce visual planning outputs to support construction methodologies and undertake programme risk analysis to identify and mitigate potential delays.
* Act as the central point of communication for planning information, ensuring effective coordination between project stakeholders.
* Define construction methodologies and develop efficient, competitive programme outputs in collaboration with project teams and the supply chain where appropriate.
* Liaise with the Design Engineer to establish comprehensive design briefs for temporary works.
* Implement and manage programme changes, monitoring progress and updating the working programme to reflect project developments.
* Coordinate temporary works design activities with the Temporary Works Manager to ensure all designs are completed, approved, and available in line with construction requirements.
* Develop and justify project schedules for temporary works and other indirect cost items to support accurate project planning and commercial management.
* Provide planning advice and support to the project team, including identifying and reporting required programme feedback and performance metrics.
* Monitor project requirements while identifying and supporting opportunities to improve delivery, efficiency, and business performance.
* Drive programme performance to achieve project completion on or ahead of schedule.
* Prepare, assess, and programme compensation events in accordance with contractual requirements.
* Develop programmes at an early stage to facilitate effective coordination, interface management, and stakeholder engagement.
* Review and evaluate contract documentation to develop and maintain detailed project programmes, defining time, resource, and sequencing requirements throughout the project lifecycle
