The Teach Group is looking for a confident, organised and reliable Admin & Accounts Assistant to join our team, based in Framingham Pigot.
This is a varied part-time role, ideal for someone who is comfortable working across both general administration and day-to-day accounts. The successful candidate will be confident sending out invoices, reconciling accounts and chasing outstanding debts, while maintaining a professional and friendly approach when dealing with customers and suppliers.
You will be responsible for ensuring invoices are raised accurately and on time, keeping accounts and financial records up to date, reconciling payments and following up overdue invoices. The role will also involve general office administration and providing support to the wider team as required.
We are looking for someone with previous administration or accounts experience who is confident working with figures and has excellent attention to detail. You should be comfortable communicating by phone and email and be confident when chasing outstanding payments in a polite but persistent manner. Good organisation skills and the ability to work independently are important for this role.
The position is available for 3 or 4 days per week, with working hours generally 8:30am to 5:30pm, although there is some flexibility around these hours for the right person. The rate of pay will be around £13 per hour, depending on experience.
