The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

EHS Advisor Required - Norfolk Vanguard Project
We are currently seeking an experienced EHS Advisor to join the prestigious Norfolk Vanguard project based at Necton Substation. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Health, Safety and Environmental professional to support a major infrastructure project, with an initial 6-month contract and strong potential for extension throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and maintain high standards of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance across site operations.
Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety observations.
Support project teams in implementing EHS policies, procedures, and best practice.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and non-conformances, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and safety briefings.
Assist with risk assessments, method statements, and permit-to-work systems.
Build and maintain a positive safety culture across all project activities.
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience as an EHS Advisor within construction, infrastructure, utilities, energy, or major projects.
NEBOSH Certificate (essential).
Strong knowledge of UK Health, Safety and Environmental legislation.
Experience conducting site audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a project team.
Full right to work in the UK.
