We are working with an international UK law firm based in London for an Associate to join their Corporate team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a growing Corporate team, advising asset managers, investment funds, financial institutions and major national and multinational corporations across sectors including financial services, TMT, healthcare and life sciences, energy, natural resources and infrastructure.
The role involves advising on private M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and wider corporate advisory matters. The successful candidate will take responsibility for key transactional workstreams, draft and negotiate corporate documentation, manage due diligence and transaction processes, and work directly with clients and other advisers.
Essential Criteria:
- 3-6 years’ PQE;
- Strong corporate law background;
- Excellent academics;
- Willingness to engage with business development initiatives;
- Commercial awareness;
- Technically excellent;
- Strong communication skills;
- Team-oriented.
