Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections and fault diagnostics
Perform repairs and servicing in accordance with manufacturer standards
Ensure all work is completed to a high-quality standard, maintaining customer satisfaction
Complete accurate documentation for all diagnostic and repair work
Maintain workshop health and safety standards at all times
Assist apprenticeship and junior Vehicle Technicians as needed
Support continuous improvement in workshop efficiency and customer serviceRequirements:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a busy automotive workshop environment
Relevant recognised automotive qualifications; MOT Tester certification is desirable
Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
