Primary Teacher – Welwyn Garden City

The Role

Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that supports every child's learning and development.
Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, using assessment effectively to inform future planning and teaching.
Build positive and professional relationships with pupils, parents, carers, and colleagues.
Differentiate learning effectively to meet the individual needs and abilities of all pupils.
Contribute to the wider school community through enrichment activities, assemblies, trips, and school events.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for all pupils.
Uphold high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and pupil wellbeing.
The Ideal Candidate

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Has experience teaching within a UK primary school setting.
Demonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
Has a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and primary education.
Is passionate about providing an engaging, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Promotes inclusive teaching practices and supports the needs of every child.
Has a thorough understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
