The Opportunity
We're looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to develop new business across the UK pharmaceutical and healthcare markets.
You'll identify opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers and manage projects from prospecting through to commercial launch.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and win new business within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
* Generate leads through networking, prospecting and industry events.
* Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.
* Prepare and present commercial proposals and quotations.
* Work closely with technical, quality and production teams to deliver customer solutions.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
* Represent Autajon at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events.
About You
* Proven track record in B2B business development.
* Experience selling into pharmaceutical, healthcare or other regulated manufacturing sectors.
* Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Experience managing complex sales cycles.
* Proficient in CRM and pipeline management.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
Desirable: Experience in pharmaceutical packaging, labels, folding cartons, medical devices or GMP-regulated environments.
