What I'm Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recent experience working as an Unqualified Teacher or Cover Supervisor
Strong behaviour management skills
A proactive, adaptable approach to each school day
Excellent communication and reliability
A genuine passion for supporting young people
