We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join our team and help streamline the quotation process for residential solar installations.
Role Overview:
As a Solar Quotation Administrator, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing residential solar quotes. Your work ensures our customers receive accurate, timely, and professional proposals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, data management, and working closely with both internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and assemble residential solar quotations using company templates and software.
* Verify customer information, site details, and energy usage data.
* Liaise with sales, design, and operations teams to ensure accurate and competitive proposals.
* Maintain a database of quotes, tracking updates, revisions, and approvals.
* Assist with follow-ups and clarifications for pending quotes.
* Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in administration, quoting, or similar roles (experience in solar or renewable energy is a plus).
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM/quotation software.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
