A well‑established subcontractor within a major UK construction group is looking for a Quantity Surveyor with experience in any finishing trade: painting, plastering, drylining, rendering, or similar.

Managing your own portfolio of projects from start to completion
Carrying out site measures and valuations
Producing accurate monthly accounts and reports
Monitoring project costs and progress
Working closely with clients, site teams and Contracts Managers
Preparing RAMS and supporting programme monitoring
Playing a key role in the successful commercial delivery of each jobWho We’re Looking For
You do not need painting experience, we welcome applicants from:
