Experienced Care Team Leaders Wanted – Norwich
HCR Recruitment is recruiting experienced Band 3 Care Team Leaders across Norwich and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for care professionals with strong leadership skills who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
The Role
As a Care Team Leader, you will support the smooth running of care services, supervise care staff and help maintain excellent standards of care. You will provide guidance to team members while ensuring service users receive safe, personalised and dignified support.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, support and supervise care staff to deliver high-quality care.

Allocate daily tasks and coordinate the care team effectively.

Support new and existing team members through guidance and mentoring.
*
Provide hands-on care and assistance with daily living activities when required.
*
Administer medication safely in line with care plans and company procedures.
*
Support safe moving and handling practices.
*
Monitor service users' wellbeing and report changes appropriately.
*
Maintain accurate care records, documentation and daily reports.
*
Promote dignity, respect, independence and person-centred care.
*
Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families and support teams.
*
Follow safeguarding, health and safety and care standards.
Essential Requirements
*
Minimum 2 years' UK experience within a healthcare or social care setting.
*
Previous experience leading or supervising a care team.
*
Experience with medication administration.
*
Experience with manual handling and safe moving techniques.
*
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
*
Ability to support, motivate and guide team members.
*
Reliable, compassionate and committed approach to care.
*
