What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?
· Providing essential finance support, including processing invoices and managing banking transactions, to ensure smooth operational delivery
· Assisting in month-end and year-end procedures, helping maintain accurate financial records aligned with organisational standards
· Responding to supplier queries and conducting reconciliations that uphold the integrity of financial data
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:
· Experience in purchase ledger processing, with strong attention to detail and organisation skills
· Familiarity with transactional banking and basic reconciliation procedures
· Good working knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
