We are looking for a highly organised and reliable Administrative Support Assistant to join our team. You will provide day to day administrative support, help keep operations running smoothly and act as a key point of contact for colleagues and clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative support to the team
* Manage emails, telephone calls and correspondence
* Maintain accurate records, files and trackers
* Schedule appointments and coordinate diaries
* Assist with data entry and update internal systems
* Liaise professionally with customers, suppliers and internal team
* Carry out other administrative duties as required
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicating with people at all levels
* Proactive, dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team
* Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Excel
* Discreet and professional when handling confidential information
