I'm currently working with a well-established and rapidly growing MEP contractor that is looking to appoint an experienced QA Coordinator to support the delivery of a number of high-profile construction projects.

The Role
As QA Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring all quality assurance documentation is managed efficiently throughout the project lifecycle, supporting site teams to achieve successful commissioning and client handover.
Working alongside Project Managers, Site Managers, Engineers and Commissioning Managers, you'll play a key role in maintaining quality standards and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest level.
Responsibilities

Coordinate all QA documentation across multiple MEP projects.

Manage Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), inspection records and quality checklists.
*
Track testing, commissioning and quality inspections.
*
Ensure all QA documentation is completed, reviewed and issued in line with project programmes.
*
Assist in the preparation and compilation of O&M manuals and handover documentation.
*
Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, consultants and clients to resolve outstanding QA items.
*
Support internal quality audits and ensure compliance with company procedures.
*
Maintain accurate records using document management systems.
What We're Looking For
*
Previous experience in a QA Coordinator, Document Controller or Quality Assurance role within the MEP or construction industry.
*
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.
*
Experience coordinating quality documentation on live construction projects.
*
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
*
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across project teams.
*
Proficient with Microsoft Office and document control platforms.
*
Experience with commissioning documentation and O&M manuals would be advantageous.
