This award-winning company pride themselves on the bespoke service they offer customers and the Travel Service Administrator is key to this exceptional level of service. Joining a small, established team, the Travel Service Administrator will be based at the company’s Chester branch.

Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

The Travel Service Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and service support, playing an integral part in the overall performance and achievement of business goals. This would suit someone looking to start their career within the travel industry – bring your passion for travel and for providing excellent customer service!

Core duties:

* Providing administrative support to members of the sales team, including entering bookings onto an inhouse system.

* Checking and issuing tickets and travel documents, including dealing with visa requests.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and information in booking, airline, CRM systems and central files.

* Order brochures and ensure they are presented clearly and commercially.

* Be the first point of contact for a centralised email inbox, ensuring emails are sent to the correct colleague promptly.

* Marketing support, including looking after social media accounts and point of sale graphics.

Skills and experience required:

· Prior experience in an office-based customer service role, with exceptional levels of accuracy.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong motivation for delivering excellent service.

· Social media skills and basic marketing knowledge.

· Well-presented with pride in appearance and personal standards.

· Proven ability to deliver timely and positive outcomes when dealing with tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team and using own initiative.

· A genuine passion for travel!
