We are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver / Yard Operative to join a market-leading company based in St Ives. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking to secure long-term employment.Role Responsibilities
Loading and unloading stock using a counterbalance forklift
Safely moving equipment and materials between warehouses and the main yard
Picking and preparing equipment accurately
Assisting with the general organisation and movement of stock within the yard
Supporting warehouse and yard operations as requiredAs much of the equipment is stored in the open yard, the role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions.All working clothing and PPE will be provided.Skills & Experience Required
Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
Good attention to detail and accuracy when picking stock
Physically fit, as the role involves manual handling and lifting
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Reliable, disciplined and punctual with strong timekeeping
