The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

We are currently looking for experienced Panel Wiring Electricians to support a busy engineering project in Llantrisant.
Working with a well-established engineering contractor, you’ll be involved in control panel build, wiring, and electrical assembly work within a workshop and site-based environment.
The Role
You will be working as part of a specialist electrical team delivering high-quality wiring and assembly work.
Duties will include:
* Wiring and assembly of control panels and electrical systems
* Working from drawings, schematics and wiring diagrams
* Terminating cables, fitting components and completing panel builds
* Supporting electrical installation and fitting activities where required
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with project requirements
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in panel wiring, electrical fitting, or control systems
* Ability to read and work from electrical drawings and schematics
* Background in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering environments
We will also consider:
* Electricians with strong wiring / installation experience who are comfortable working from drawings and keen to move into panel work
Hours & Duration
* Start date: Week commencing 8th June
* 6-month contract (through to December)
* Standard weekday hours (potential overtime depending on workload)
Pay
* £27.00 per hour
* CIS or LTD payment options available
