Search Consultancy is looking for an all-round, Skilled Plumber to join our busy mechanical and construction teams across Sunderland. We are partnering with leading contractors who require tradespeople capable of handling high-volume installations and maintenance at a fast pace.
If you are a Plumber who thrives in a productivity-driven environment and can move seamlessly from 1st fix pipework to final secondary surfacing and snagging, we have immediate starts and long-term runs of work available now.

The Role

* Full System Scope: Carrying out 1st and 2nd fix plumbing installations on domestic or commercial developments.
* Installation: Professional fitting of sanitaryware, cylinders, soil and vent systems, and copper/plastic pipework.
* Maintenance & Remedials: Identifying leaks or faults and carrying out high-speed repairs to ensure the system is ready for handover.
* Compliance & Safety: Ensuring all work strictly adheres to current Water Regulations and site health and safety standards.
* Productivity Driven: We need Plumbers used to the speed of busy sites who can keep the program on track without compromising on quality.

Requirements

* Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Domestic Heating is essential.
* CSCS Card: A valid Blue or Gold card is mandatory.
* Experience: Proven track record in "house bashing," commercial fit-outs, or volume plumbing.
* Tools & PPE: Full professional kit (including cordless tools and specialist plumbing gear) and standard 5-point PPE.
* Reliability: Must be able to work as part of a team or individually to hit strict project deadlines.
* Right to Work: Must have a valid right to work in the UK.
