The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Are you an organised Customer Service or Order Processing Administrator looking for a part-time position with consistent Monday-to-Friday hours?
We're working with an established business looking to add a Customer Service Order Administrator to its commercial team.
This is a busy, varied position where you'll take responsibility for processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, while working closely with customers and internal teams including supply chain, planning and finance.
What You'll Be Doing
* Processing customer orders accurately and within agreed timescales
* Managing orders from receipt through to processing
* Reviewing orders and identifying any pricing, product or delivery issues
* Managing customer queries and order-related tickets
* Communicating order issues quickly and effectively
* Liaising with planning, supply chain, finance and commercial teams
* Supporting daily order processing and reporting activities
* Maintaining accurate information across internal systems
* Helping resolve order exceptions and restrictions
* Working to individual and team KPIs
* Supporting colleagues during periods of holiday or absence
What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with candidates who have experience within areas such as:

You'll need to be highly organised and accurate, with good attention to detail and the confidence to communicate with customers and colleagues across different departments.
Experience using CRM, ERP, order management or customer service systems would be beneficial, although specific system experience isn't essential.
