This is a field-based role carrying out food safety audits across a wide range of food businesses.

* Degree-qualified Environmental Health Practitioner (BSc Environmental Health) or
* Level 4 Food Safety qualification and relevant auditing experience
* Strong food safety knowledge
* Good report writing skills
* Ability to work independently
* Full UK driving licence
