Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
Managing diaries, meetings, travel, and appointments
Providing administrative and executive support to senior professionals
Supporting client communications and business development activities
Assisting with billing, expenses, invoices, and financial administration
Managing workloads, deadlines, and multiple priorities effectivelyIdeal Candidate:
MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITHIN A LEGAL SETTING
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident, proactive, and able to use initiative
