The Capital Projects Surveyor will lead the planning, design, procurement, and execution of major property developments, extensions, and refurbishment schemes. This role ensures all capital works are delivered safely, on time, to budget, and in strict compliance with statutory regulations.
The role is for 12 months on an agency basis and the hours are 37hrs per week.
Pay is £35 per hour via Umbrella company
