Job description:
We are recruiting an organised and detail-focused Administrator to provide essential licensing and compliance support across a busy multi-site estate to work for this highly successful and passionate business with over 20 years as a recognised market leader,
In this role, you will support tenants, field-based Business Development Managers and external bodies including local authorities. You will help ensure licensing records, applications, renewals and communications are handled accurately, promptly and in line with relevant legislation.
Hours of work - Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
The Chester Head Office is based in the city centre in a stunning location – the role is fully office-based. Responsibilities: -
* Handle licensing paperwork and send it to the correct authorities.
* Keep records up to date on the company’s computer system.
* Renew premises licences each year and confirm the renewals with local councils.
* Renew gaming permits each year and send the required information to local councils.
* Prepare paperwork needed for licence holders (licensees).
* Manage the licensing email inbox, dealing with straightforward queries and passing more complicated issues to the Licensing Manager.
* Speak and email confidently with councils, external organisations, colleagues and customers.
* Provide everyday support to the field team and licence holders.
* Do general admin, such as filing documents and keeping paperwork organised.
* Help with other tasks when needed.
