The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) Manager – Job Description
Lead all Health, Safety and Environmental activities across the manufacturing site.
Promote a positive safety culture through audits, inspections and employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety and Environmental legislation and company procedures.
Investigate accidents and incidents, implementing corrective actions and driving continuous improvement.
Carry out risk assessments, safety inspections and oversee safe systems of work.
Coordinate planned preventative maintenance, statutory inspections and contractor activities.
Monitor HSE performance, producing KPI reports and supporting environmental initiatives.
Deliver Health & Safety inductions and maintain training and compliance records.
Work closely with Production, Engineering and Management to maintain a safe and compliant site.
Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) Manager – Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
NEBOSH or IOSH qualification (or equivalent).
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Health & Safety management role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation.
Experience conducting accident investigations, risk assessments and internal audits.
Knowledge of ISO 14001 and occupational health and safety management systems.
Experience managing contractors and coordinating site maintenance activities.
Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Aerospace manufacturing experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
