We are recruiting for a Fire and Security Service Engineer on behalf of a well-established NSI Gold accredited Fire & Security company that has been operating successfully for over 30 years. Due to continued growth and a strong reputation within the industry, they are looking to expand their engineering team.
This role will involve servicing, maintenance and fault finding across a range of Fire & Security systems within commercial, educational, residential and care home environments.
Responsibilities as a Fire and Security Engineer
* Servicing, fault finding and maintenance of Fire & Security systems
* Working across Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Access Control systems
* Ensuring all work is completed in line with industry standards and regulations
* Participation in a 1 in 8 weeks call-out rota
* Covering the local area

* Basic salary £36,000 - £40,000
* Travel time paid after 30 minutes each way
* 1 in 8 weeks call-out rota
* £300 per week standby payment
* 10% commission on upsold works
* 22 days holiday + bank holidays (higher entitlement negotiable)

* 40-hour working week
* Standard hours 8:30am – 5:00pm with flexibility available
