Warehouse Operative / Stores Person
Axminster, Devon (Site Based)
Contract Role | Immediate Start | Monday-Friday

Immediate requirement for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy engineering and logistics depot in Axminster.

This is a hands-on warehouse role supporting goods in/out, shipping, stock control, and general depot operations within a fast-paced engineering environment.

The Role:

Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch
Loading/unloading trucks and lorries using pump trucks and warehouse equipment
Shipping and booking goods out through internal systems
Goods in duties, including booking stock in and putting parts away
Inventory counts, stock control, and ERP / MRP system updates
General warehouse housekeeping and depot supportThe Person:

Previous warehouse/stores experience
Experience within logistics, goods in/out, or engineering stores
ERP / MRP system experience is beneficial
Forklift licence beneficial but not essential (full in-house training available)
Strong organisational skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Available to start ASAP
