About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join a busy customer service team based in Biggleswade. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing online operation within a well-established business.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide excellent support to customers by managing enquiries, processing online orders, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across telephone, email, and online chat. This is a fully office-based role and is not hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and internal branches.
Process customer orders placed through the company website.
Process orders received from internal branches.
Respond to customer enquiries via online chat and email.
Track customer orders and liaise with courier networks regarding deliveries.
Assist customers with website navigation and online ordering.
Carry out general office administration and customer service duties.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in an office-based customer service role is essential.
Experience handling customer enquiries over the telephone and via email is preferred.
Confident using computers and learning new systems.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive, reliable, and able to use initiative.
Positive, friendly, and professional approach to customer service.
