The Role
As a Graduate SEN TA, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN.
Assist teachers with lessons, interventions and classroom activities.
Encourage confidence, independence and positive behaviour.
Build trusting and positive relationships with pupils.
Work closely with teachers, SEN staff and other professionals.
Help create a supportive and engaging learning environment.About You
The ideal Graduate SEN TA will have:
A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology or a related subject.
A genuine passion for working with children and young people.
